Description
PSA oxygen plants are based on the well-known PSA technology.
(PSA means pressure swing adsorption). Two pressurized vessels with zeolite ensure continuous production for separation of oxygen from other gasses.Generator consists of two pressure vessels storing zeolite.
Dry compressed air is blown through a valve to the first vessel where the pressure is built to reach 4 to 8 bar(g). The unwanted gas (N2) is adsorbed by the zeolite during the building of pressure, and the oxygen will pass through to the accumulation tank.
